The first scene then-rookie Kim Tae-ri shot in the film was the scene where her character ran away after catching the Count and Lady Hideko kissing in the woods. She stated in her ELLE KOREA emoji interview that the reason why the director chose to film that scene first was because it didn't "need interpretation." According to Kim Tae-ri, since it was her first day, she was "so nervous, but all [she] had to do [was] run for that scene."
