In the scene where Miles talks to Robert McCall in the latter's kitchen, a small portable radio can be seen placed next to the window above the kitchen sink. Shortwave radio hobbyists will immediately recognize it as the iconic and popular Sony ICF-SW7600GR world band receiver. By coincidence, Sony ceased production of this radio in the same year that The Equalizer 2 was made (2018).
