When President Lyndon B. Johnson was due to give a speech at the nearby 20th Century Plaza Hotel, his security team arrived at the lot with orders to "collect any and all prop weapons" from the show. This included taking prop weapons from "Daniel Boone (1964)," "The Green Hornet (1966)," "Pattuglia del deserto (1966)" and "Viaggio in fondo al mare (1964)." They were put into storage under maximum guard unit after the President's speech.
