The song "A Whole New World" sung by Katy and Shang-Chi in a karaoke clearly foreshadows their journey in Ta Lo, the song was in the Disney's Aladdin (1992). Awkwafina will be in the upcoming Disney live-action remake of La sirenetta (2023) as the voice of the seagull Scuttle.
