Of the four sisters, Phoebe's powers are the only one that don't progress one to another. Paige's powers are never shown to progress. She has telekinesis, but unlike Prue she has to call for an object to be able to move it. Piper starts with slowing down molecules (freezing objects) and progresses to molecular combustion (being able to blow things up) as well. Prue starts with telekinesis (moving objects with her mind) and progresses to Astral projection (moving her body with her mind.) Phoebe starts with premonition, then gains levitation, and finally empathy.
