When Johnny English (Rowan Atkinson) and Bough (Ben Miller) are infiltrating the meeting pretending to be part of the Scottish musicians, the tune English is playing is a very off-key version of "My Bonnie Lies over the Ocean", a very popular Scottish song outside of Scotland and quite possibly the only one he knows.
