When asked where he was educated, Eggsy responds with a defiant and aggressive insult. They then tease him by saying he must have gone to St. Andrew's. It is an inside joke for UK folk. St. Andrew's is in Scotland, which is a place well-known for centuries to be unwilling to take any guff from an Englishman.
