In the Episode How I met your mother: Bad News (2011) (S6E13), there is a countdown of hidden numbers that starts with "50" at the beginning of the episode and ends with "1". This is seemingly counting down to Marshall (Jason Segel)'s father's death which is announced right after the countdown is finished.
