Burton "Gus" Guster (Dulé Hill) always used Microsoft-related products, while Shawn Spencer (James Roday) always used Apple-related products. This included their phones in later seasons, where Gus could be seen using a Windows phone (for example, season seven, episode six, "Cirque Du Soul"), and it's well-known that Shawn used an iPhone. Gus always used a non-Mac PC, and Shawn used a Mac PC. Except for some episodes, where an Alienware laptop can be seen on Shawn's desk. This can clearly be seen in season one, episode ten, "Forget Me Not".
