Pierre Andre is the voice that shouts out; "It's Captain Midnight!", at the very beginning of each episode. Pierre Andre was the announcer for the Captain Midnight radio show. He is the only person carried over from the original radio program to be a part of the TV show and perform his original part as a announcer. Pierre Andre was also the announcer on the Little Orphan Annie radio show. Another show that used the decoder gimmick.
