In 2012, Garry Shandling received tweets from fans who wrongfully assumed the Twitter account was that of then-Milwaukee Bucks player Larry Sanders. Shandling would later receive a Bucks jersey with Sanders' name and number on it from a friend, and later admitted he was flattered by the attention he received from Buck fans who mistakenly tweeted his account.
