A deleted scene from Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith (2005) shows Obi Wan and Anakin witnessing Shaak Ti being killed at the hands of General Grievous while on their mission to rescue the Chancellor. This acts as an alternate ending to Shaak Ti's mission, however, it has been considered as non canon.
