One of two movies that a character portrayed by Samuel L. Jackson was found not guilty of multiple murders, the other one being 2000's "Rules Of Engagement." The prosecuting attorneys in the two movies (Kevin Spacey in "A Time To Kill" and Guy Pierce in "Rules Of Engagement") both starred in 1997's "L.A. Confidential." Nicky Katt also appears in both movies.
