The infamous restaurant scene was mostly shot at Carlos and Charlie's on Sunset Boulevard. The long take of Mathew Karedas delivering his speech to Fujiyama was shot months later in Amir Shervan's office. Karedas shot the scene alone, talking to a chair and a lamp.
