Producer/Italian financier Stefano Ferrari had at least five lawsuits filed against him due to the failure of this film, including a $400,000 suit by City National Bank for an unpaid loan; a $100,000 suit from his attorney, following the initial Goldberg deal, and a $400,000 suit by another producer for copyright infringement.
