When Bond does the HALO jump, the rear of the plane opens up whilst he is being briefed about the jump. Nobody onboard is shown wearing an oxygen mask but Bond is meant to be jumping from about 30,000 feet. If the plane had been pressurised, opening the rear of the plane would cause anything not strapped down to be blown out of the plane, and anyone not wearing an oxygen mask would become unconscious in under a minute. If the plane wasn't pressurised to begin with, anyone not wearing an oxygen mask would have already been unconscious.
