After graduating and entering high school, none of Kevin's junior high friends appear except for Paul and Winnie. His friends are Doug Porter Craig Hobson, and his nemesis is Becky Slater. But in high school, his friends are are Chuck Coleman, Alice (Chuck's girlfriend), Ricky Halsenbeck, and Jeff Billings. Only Randy Mitchell, Paul, and Winnie remain in Kevin's life between them.
