The EMI executive Ray Foster played by Mike Myers objects to the title "A Night at the Opera," saying that nobody actually likes opera. Although this goes unmentioned in this movie, Una notte all'opera (1935) is also the title of a The Marx Brothers movie - and the title of Queen's next album, 1976's Un giorno alle corse (1937) was also the title of a Marx Brothers movie.
