In the tv show, Brent is shown to be an avid comic book, and general superhero fan. In real life, Brent Butt is a talented artist who's specialty is drawing comic book characters. He is also shown to be an amateur stand up comedian, going to perform shows in Regina (his friends believing he was running off to do something nefarious). In reality Butt is an acomplished stand up Comic who has appeared on Just For Laughs among other major platforms.
