The "Bombshell" character, in response to Blue Shirt Guy, says 'Maybe I don't have to be with any guy.' Then she writes a 'blistering indictment of gender roles and the patriarchy'. In subsequent scenes she is often with the "Barista" and hugs her twice. Then in the final look at Guy's NPC friends, the Bombshell and Barista are embraced. Apparently the Bombshell did indeed give up men to be with a woman.
