It could be that the Titans are being "drawn" to the gateway underneath Skull Island because something has gained their attention. Monarch, whose next mission is to find the origin of the Titans by exploring the Hollow Earth, may have already begun their expedition. It's possible that their investigation has awakened a Titan that dwells deep within the tunnel under Skull Island. This Titan could be Nozuki (Godzilla vs. Kong's mysterious new Titan), or potentially a secret monster that hasn't been revealed yet. The Titans may have detected this creature's presence in the same way that Godzilla was able to "hear" the M.U.T.O.s in the 2014 Godzilla movie. Alternatively, the "mechanized giant" or the "organic Titans" briefly mentioned in the credits may be the focus of their attention. Also, it could be that Godzilla himself, who is now in control of the Titans, is the very reason why they're on their way to Skull Island. Godzilla could have noticed that something is happening in the direction of Skull Island, and is now sending his minions to have a look at the disturbance. After all, Titans in the MonsterVerse are intelligent beings, so it does make sense for Godzilla to utilize his new position in such a way.
