Often mistakenly regarded as the first major cinema movie role of actor Andrew Stevens. Stevens commuted to the set each day from concurrently working on the TV series The Oregon Trail (1976). However, Stevens had six credited feature film roles before "The Fury," and in two of those he was the second billed actor, each higher billing than in this film, where Stevens was the seventh billed actor.
