Eddie 'Rochester' Anderson, the elevator operator, best known for his long-term role as Jack Benny's radio and TV butler/sidekick, makes two allusion to his association with Mr. Benny in a kind of back-handed way when he mentions the names Fred Allen, a Jack Benny nemesis, and Jack Bernie, and obvious and comedic confusion of the names Jack Benny and Ben Bernie.
