When asked about the future of the Scream franchise on the big screen and if would she be up for returning at least one more time in another sequel down the road. Neve Campbell told THR, "It's down to the strength of the story. I wouldn't want to do it unless the script is good. It would be hard. (Laughs.) But these guys did really well on this one, so I'm curious to see what would come next. So we'll see." The one thing Campbell *doesn't* want to see next, however in her words: "I certainly would hate to see Sidney fall. I think it would be the wrong message," Campbell explains to the outlet. "She's been through enough! That's for sure."
