In the season finale of Gotham season 2 you can hear the familiar cackling laugh of Jerome and you can even see a person with a similar hair style and wearing the iconic bath robe worn by the iconic killer. However, this was not actually Jerome, and Season 3 revealed that Jerome was not resurrected until a few months after the monsters escaped from Indian Hill.
