This is the third time for Oscar Isaac to be in a show or film related to Ancient Egypt. In 2016, he played the role of the Egyptian mutant En Sabah Nur in X-Men: Apocalisse (2016), and in 2009 he played the role of Orestes in the biographical film Agora (2009) about the Grecco-Egyptian philosopher Hypatia set in Alexandria, Roman Egypt. That film also starred Rachel Weisz, who plays Melina Vostokoff/Black Widow in the MCU.
