At the climax of the movie, when people and objects are coming through the vortex, Robbespierre falls onto the WABAC and says "I'll get you, dog, and your little boy, too!" This is a reference to the famous line spoken by the Wicked Witch of the West, in Il mago di Oz (1939), in which she tells Dorothy, "I'll get you, my pretty, and your little dog, too!"
