[CRISPR] is the gene editing tech (actually exists in real life) that made Project Rampage possible. The acronym is mentioned briefly when Kate tells Davis about it, looking it up on her smartphone, but doesn't say what it stands for - i.e. "Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromic Repeats". [OGA] on the other hand, as observed by Davis, stands for "Other Government Agency" a way to avoid identifying themselves and to use and abuse their authority because no one knows to whom they answer.
