Godzilla stands approximately 400 feet (121.9 meters) in this film, growing a couple of feet since the events of Godzilla II - King of the Monsters (2019). This is the second time he is depicted standing at 400 feet, after Godzilla (1956). On the other hand, Kong stands at 336 feet (102.4 meters) tall; he previously stood at 104 feet (31.7 meters), which means he grew a total of 232 feet (70.7 meters) between Kong: Skull Island (2017) and this film.
