The five armies in the movie, are the Dwarves, the Elves, the men of Lake Town, the Orc army from Dol Guldur led by Azog, and the Orc army from Gundabad led by Bolg. In the book, the Five Armies are the Elves, the Men of Lake Town, the Dwarves, the Wargs, and the Orcs.
