The Simpsons contains multiple references to Stanley Kubrick's Arancia meccanica (1971). Two of them occur in season four and are referenced by Bart. The most notable and obvious one however is in I Simpson: Treehouse of Horror XXV (2014), in a segment titled "A Clockwork Yellow". During this segment, there is also a reference to many other Kubrick films, such as Eyes Wide Shut (1999), 2001: Odissea nello spazio (1968), Full Metal Jacket (1987), and Barry Lyndon (1975).
