President Sawyer grabs the keys for a vehicle he and Cale can escape in and grabs a set labeled "Ground Force One". The Presidential Limousine is actually nick-named "The Beast". Ground Force One is the unofficial code name for the armored buses used by the President and other dignitaries. Cale would not have been able to drive a bus in circles, but calling it Ground Force One lets the audience know Sawyer is specifically intending to escape in the President's Limo and not a random Secret Service car.
