The traditional "gun barrel" James Bond intro isn't used here for obvious legal reason, but it does still appear in the film, albeit in a less obvious fashion. During the Video Game sequence, the shield effect that is used to block an incoming missile is identical to the gun barrel used in the "classic" Bond films.
