Rikku (Rakeshnath) met N Chandra at the office of Rajshri Productions and where N Chandra told him he has signed Anil Kapoor for Tezaab and looking out for her new girl opposite him.Rikku quickly showed Madhuri Dixit photographs which he liked and wanted to see her reels.Rikku told him you are at the right place as Rajshri Productions had produced Abodh 1984 and Rikku asked them if they could show them some reels of Madhuri Dixit, they agreed and showed him the reels; he was impressed and later Madhuri Dixit was signed for the film.
