When Helen Mirren and Bruce Willis enter into Anthony Hopkins mental hospital prison cell, the room is equipped with a curtain to give some restroom privacy. Despite being completely useless in this installment, being a single cell surrounded by solid walls, it was the same type used in Dr. Lecter "zoo type" cage containment in "Silence of the lambs".
