In this show, the dragon riders use the Valyrian word "Dracarys" as a command for their dragons to breath fire, like Daenerys Targaryen did in Il trono di spade (2011). In the books this command is unique to Daenerys, as the commands of past dragon riders were unknown. Dracarys has been made the standard command in House of the Dragon (2022) for a more cohesive world between the two HBO shows.
