(at around 29 mins) After the party in the Avengers' tower, each Avenger (excluding Black Widow) tries to lift Mjölnir. According to Marvel Comics, on the hammer is written: "Whosoever holds this hammer, if he be worthy, shall possess the power of Thor," making Tony Stark's "fingerprint" theory somewhat correct.
