It was editor Saar Klein's idea to have Bourne disappear early in the film, giving the indication of his abilities. The scene where he is walking along the street by the dock and disappearing as a taxi drives past was not done in post. It was a trick all done in camera. Like most good disappearing acts, it doesn't need computers, so good on ya', Doug Liman and Saar Klein.
