This is a teaser for Captain America - Il primo Vendicatore (2011), whose hero was created in the 1940s with the use of a special serum. Additionally, the person who takes the serum must be treated with a unique form of radiation. Any accidents or deviations from the procedure can cause horrific side effects to occur, as befalls Banner and Blonsky, as well as Johann Schmidt/Red Skull.
