In the opening scene at the birthday party, Patty Mullen wears body padding to make her character Elizabeth look fatter/chubbier. This was done intentionally in order to show Elizabeth's body was fatter/bigger before her death and the body she had after she was resurrected was slim/fit because it was the various hookers body parts.The padding is quite evident when she goes to show off the lawnmower for her dad. You can see that she looks chubby and fat. Once she's revealed as Frankenhooker, she's of course displaying Patty Mullen's own slim/fit body.
