In this series the concept of human hair (called Uburnium) and human mucous secretions (called Snootonium) is introduced. Within the universe of Lilo & Stitch the Uburnium (hair) is a potential source of energy and fuel while Snootonium is a source of hydration, Jumba initially created the Clip / 177 experiments to consume Uburnium / hair and Snooty / 277 to finish with these sources. In the episode "Slick" it is also revealed that chocolate works as a medicine for alien species, which is why jumba designed experiment 054 that eats chocolate.
