According to Alfonso Ribeiro, the whole cast was like one big family, except for Janet Hubert, who was reportedly difficult to work with. James Avery said he constantly had to remind her that the show was "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air", not "Philip and Vivian of Bel-Air".
