The Incredible Hulk has gradually decreased the time between his appearances throughout the twenty-first century, by one year fragments. Eric Bana starred in Hulk (2003), with the franchise being rebooted with L'incredibile Hulk (2008), starring Edward Norton. The part was re-cast with Mark Ruffalo in The Avengers (2012). Ruffalo reprised his role in Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015), with him then again reprising it in Thor: Ragnarok (2017). He appeared in this movie. His appearances in 2003, 2008, 2012, 2015, 2017, and 2018 all decreased one year in-between appearances.
