All of the reruns of Season 1 had the original Season 1 intro sequence and theme replaced with the Season 2 intro sequence and theme. This was even done on the DVD release "Static Shock: The New Kid", which featured the first six episodes of the TV series. When Season 1 was released on a two-disc DVD, "The New Kid" DVD bonus features were used for Disc 1 and some of the episodes on Disc 2 had the original Season 1 intro sequence and theme. However, a couple of episodes on Disc 2 still featured the Season 2 intro sequence and theme.
