Despite enjoying the film, UK Adam Sandler fan podcast The Sandler Pit considered the film one of Sandler's poorer offerings and doomed the film to rot forever in their dreaded 'Sandler Pit' alongside Jack & Jill, Bedtime Stories and The Cobbler.
