Toward the end, when Gwen is back home, she has groceries in a Jefferson Market shopping bag. Jefferson Market was located on 6th Avenue in Manhattan, between 10th and 11th Streets, and was considered a true NYC landmark. It opened in 1929 and closed in 2011.
