Footage for "Waikiki Wadd," which would have been the last film of the "Johnny Wadd" series, was shot in Hawaii, in 1979-80 but the movie was never finished. In Exhausted: John C. Holmes, the Real Story (1981), a clapboard with the title, "Waikiki Wadd," is shown in a short faux scene depicting Holmes as the private dick.
