The San Francisco Board of Supervisors forbade any falling stunt (as per La spia che mi amava (1977), Moonraker - Operazione spazio (1979), and Solo per i tuoi occhi (1981)) from the Golden Gate Bridge, in fear of copy-cat suicides. As such, the death of Zorin was created by special optical effects.
