As the spin-off of a spin-off, (NCIS - Unità anticrimine (2003) is a spin-off of JAG - Avvocati in divisa (1995)) NCIS: Los Angeles is one of a very small number, possibly the only, show of its kind to outlast the original show. LA has 12 seasons (2022), JAG had 10.
