Alex Borstein, who was originally cast to play Sookie, has several appearances including Drella, the Harp player at the Independence Inn, and Miss Celine in the season 5 episode "Come Home". Borstein is married to Jackson Douglas, who played Jackson Belleville on the show. During the series, the characters of Sookie and Jackson eventually get married.
